Zoicy currently provides delivery services exclusively within Indonesia. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Timeframes
All delivery times stated below are estimated and may vary depending on location and operational circumstances.
Non-Remote Areas (Mainland and Major Cities):
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days
Remote Areas or Outer Islands:
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may be delayed due to public holidays, religious holidays, operational adjustments, adverse weather conditions, logistics peak periods, or other force majeure events. Actual delivery timelines will be determined based on real-time operational and logistics conditions.
Shipping Fees
All orders qualify for free shipping. Zoicy does not charge any delivery fees.
Payment Method
We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is completed upon receipt of the order to ensure transaction security and transparency.
Order Processing
• Orders will be processed promptly after confirmation
• Once confirmed, orders generally cannot be modified or canceled
• Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate recipient details, contact information, and delivery address at checkout
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information. Zoicy shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

• Delays or restrictions caused by natural disasters or force majeure events
• Delivery limitations to remote or island regions
